American Trade House Inc. was formally incorporated in the State of Texas on 13 April 2024. This date refers to the establishment of the current legal entity only — it does not reflect the start of our team's activity in the trade and commodities space.

The principals and operating team behind ATH have over 30 years of combined experience working in international trade and related industries. Over that period the team has operated under various previous companies, partnerships, and brand names. American Trade House Inc. is the current corporate vehicle through which that long-standing expertise, network, and operational track record are now consolidated.

Iron Ore, Manganese & Ferrous Scrap

We trade across all three, the same way every time: direct mine relationships, careful due diligence, and full logistics from source to mill.

Iron Ore

The foundation of steelmaking. We trade fines, lump, pellets, and concentrate, with a growing direct-from-mine network in Brazil.

Manganese

Essential to steel — no substitute exists for it. We trade lumpy and fine manganese ore between producers and mills.

Ferrous Scrap

The key feedstock for modern (EAF) steelmaking. We trade graded scrap — HMS, shredded, and busheling — connecting recyclers with mills.

Product Range

From Raw Ore to Finished Steel

A full product line spanning the steel value chain — raw materials, iron-ore derivatives, and semi-finished and finished steel.

DRI / Pellet / Concentrate

Sponge iron, or direct-reduced iron, is made by stripping oxygen from iron ore with a hydrogen- and CO-rich gas. ATH handles and transports DRI in both pellet (B) and fine (C) grades, sourced out of the Middle East and Venezuela, and can supply around 30,000 MT of pellet-form material to the Far East aboard break-bulk vessels.

Iron Ore — Lump / Fine, Hematite / Magnetite

The company’s core activity: developing iron-ore mines alongside sourcing and selling the material worldwide. ATH controls loading at a range of ports, including Lazaro (Mexico), Saldanha Bay (South Africa), Boca Grande and Puerto Ordaz (Venezuela), Caldera (Chile), and across the Middle East. Specs typically run lumps at 6.3–35 mm and fines at 0–10 mm, with Fe above 45% and low phosphorus and sulfur.

Steel Products — HRC / CRC / Billet / Slab / Rebar

Semi-finished and finished steel out of the CIS region and China. The range spans billets (100×100 and 150×150 mm, grades 3SP/5SP), HRC (2 mm, grade 37st-2, coils of 8–18 MT), rebar (BS4449, 12 m), and slab (200–250 mm thick, grades ASTM A36 / S235JR).

We own our production line in the iron ore sector and its derivatives, up to iron ore pellets. Drawing on our own raw materials and the contracts we hold with major mills, we can deliver semi-finished products such as DRI and HBI. Beyond that, we offer a range of products spanning long and wide bars through to pipe-making steel sheets.
